Ahmed Tohamy was a source of inspiration to us and to everyone in tech.

He believed in our diverse community. And believed that everyone deserves an opportunity to pursue a career in technology.

This year, we're launching a limited number of scholarships dedicated to his memory to help break down the barriers facing underrepresented groups in tech.
​
This is our commitment to the tech community in Egypt and to remembering Tohamy.
Eligibility

Be a member of one or more of the underrepresented groups (Women in Tech, Refugees, Recently laid-off)

Be in Egypt and able to attend the event in-person
​

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
​

Recipients will be notified by email no later than 1 week prior to the date of the conference with registration details
